You're just hosted static file. You should pass URL to working WebService. It should return WSDL by "?wsdl" query (e.g. http://127.0.0.1/ws.asmx and http://127.0.0.1/ws.asmx?wsdl)

If you're having the "wdsl is null" problem, you have check the wsdl output file in your browser. Sometimes, some error messages are exposed within this output file, producing the problem.

Otherwise, you should check the syntax of the wsdl file you are using.
